Without adult volunteers, Scouting as we know it is nearly impossible.
Recognizing the central importance of volunteerism to the successful
operation of the Scouting units within its boundaries, the Golden Arrow
District has implemented a Unit Service Recognition program for units to
publicly acknowledge the noteworthy contributions of their adult volunteers.
