Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness - July 2004

Eleven Scouts and seven adults travelled to Minnesota's Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness July 19-25, 2004. Because of crew size restrictions, they split up into two crews of nine persons each. Here are some photos of one crew's trip.

Five months later... and the ground is actually wet! Almost all plants survived the winter.

Nineteen months later... mission accomplished! The first photo shows the general area looking from north to south. The second photos is a closeup of the area showing typical usage by black-bellied whistling ducks and white ibis. Can you spot the lone wood duck? The third photo shows the general area looking from west to east.

Eagle Court of Honor - September 2003

Troop 505 honors three of its newest Eagle Scouts, Spencer White and Josef and Jimmy McLean, at a Court of Honor on Sunday, September 21, 2003 in the Monsignor Jamail Family Center.
